We have developed our FormCut Grooving and Turning Tools System for the professional use with all ultrahard cutting materials for Radial High Precision Grooving, Grooving and Turning, Copying, Profiling and Threading. An absolutely rigid and reproducible sit without any microdisplacement to the sides can be achieved by using the all- round precision ground FormCut-Indexable Inserts and the relevant insert seats.
This consequently increases the tool life and the quality of your products. Using a special 6-axle CNC-grinding technique we achieve perfect reproducible macro and micro cutting edge geometries on all PCBN - FormCut - Indexable Inserts
